Fall and Spring Petitions Subcommittees:

Reviews and approves student petitions that are routine. Forwards to the full committee for review and approval those petitions that are non-routine, that may set a precedent, or that are more complex than is typically the case.

Program Review Subcommittee:

Reviews documentation provided by the Institute Review Committee (IRC) and writes a report, including recommendations, and sends it back to the IRC. The timing of the report is critical to the cycle.

General Education:

Creates, refines, seeks ratification of learning objectives, reviews timeline and priorities for general education assessment, reviews all the reports (not substantially done yet), and makes recommendations to the full IUCC who then forwards the recommendations on to the Provost.

Study Abroad Subcommittee:

Reviews and approves proposals for new study abroad programs and participates in the review of existing programs at the end of the year.
